By creating an account, submitting membership details, or using My Account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This website supports marketing, membership onboarding, identity verification, payment-reference instructions, share and subscription tracking, and loan applications for review by YES. Website status indicators do not replace official SACCO records, bylaws, or board/admin decisions.

You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify YES promptly at +268 7695 8354 or yesdigitalsacco@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Joining generally follows these steps (subject to YES review):

1. Create an account and receive a unique payment reference.
2. Verify identity (ID upload and membership details).
3. Pay the joining fee (currently E200) using your payment reference.
4. Wait for YES activation after review of application and payment.
5. Once active, buy shares (target E500), pay the annual subscription (currently E100), use savings products, and apply for loans when eligible.

Fee amounts may change by SACCO policy. Activation is not instant and is not guaranteed until YES confirms your membership.

Payments for joining fees, shares, and subscriptions are made through the official channels published on the site (for example MoMo or bank transfer) using your unique reference. Incorrect references or incomplete proof may delay activation. YES reconciles payments through its operational processes; online auto-confirmation may not always be available.

Savings products and loan facilities are offered subject to membership status, eligibility rules, bylaws, and YES approval. Information on the marketing pages is general guidance. Binding product features, rates, and conditions are set by YES policy and member agreements at the time of application.

Do not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false KYC data, scraping, disrupting services, or using the assistant/contact channels for abuse). YES may suspend accounts that violate these terms or cooperative rules.

Site content, branding, and materials belong to YES Digital SACCO or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every marketing description is complete. Cooperatives remain subject to governance decisions, liquidity, and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YES is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed activations caused by incomplete applications or payments, or third-party payment rail outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Eswatini law.

YES may update these Terms as products and digital services evolve. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
